Did you know that mold professional companies ought to be certified with the Environmental Protective Agency? Any company that performs work disturbing more than six square feet of indoor surface in a building built prior to 1978, that is not LEAD-SAFE certified, is in violation of the national EPA Lead-Safe standards set in place April 22, 2010. Competition would be subject to fines up to $37,500 PER DAY!!!

Thanks to Joe Cascone at Mold Pro we were able to puchase property in a timely fashion. Joe Cascone was hired by the seller (Adele Combs) to perform the final mold test in the basement. He was very professional and had the results emailed to us within 2 days. I strongly recommend MOLD PRO as being very efficient and honest.

MoldPro was great from start to finish! I had no idea what I was getting into when I found out my condo had mold, and Joe walked me through the process of where to start whether I used his company or not. He was very patient and professional and explained step-by-step what he would be doing. There were no surprises, everything was taken care of in a very timely fashion, and I would highly recommend MoldPro to anyone that finds themselves in the predicament of mold in their home.

For obvious reasons, I cannot divulge the school that employed Mold Pro Chicago to tend to its mold issues, but I am Maintenance at one of the schools.
Mold Pro was very qualified to detect and rid our school of the mold that had grown for years. The technicians are professional and I personally learned a lot from them.
As educational as Mold Pro was for me and my crew, I will not hesitate to call them to verify mold growth and to make the air quality in our school healthy for the students and the faculty.

I just want to say that I was so impressed with Mold Pro. They were knowledgeable and professional from the first call I made to them, to the point when my attic was completed.
No other mold company I called was able to offer me financing. I am a teacher and I work hard for my money. But I didn't have mold remediation costs built in my budget! I asked Mold Pro if they offered financing and they had a "Same As Cash" program all set up.
I plan on bringing Mold Pro Chicago back out each year to inspect and test my home.

I am a mom and a housewife and my husband and I were very impressed with the technicians we spoke to at Mold Pro.
We had flooding in our basement and mold grew on our walls and we even seen it on our personal items. Mold Pro Chicago, from start to finish, made us feel relaxed, informed, and confident that all would be well.

I called Mold Pro Chicago and from our first conversation they were very informational. I am 82 years old and I did not know a thing about mold. Mold Pro educated me on what mold is, how to get rid of it, and how to prevent new mold from growing, for a lifetime.
Now, as I said, my "lifetime" will prove to be shorter in duration than most from this point, but it sure is comforting to know that Mold Pro Chicago will advocate for me from now on. I definitely recommend Mold Pro!
