10 Point Mold Assessment

1. Have you had a water leak or some type of water intrusion over the past year?

2. Can you see more than 1 square feet of visible mold?

3. Are you or any of your family members experiencing allergenic or asthmatic symptoms?

4. Do you notice a musty or other peculiar odor in your home or building?

5. Does any part of your living space ever feel damp?

6. If your windows are not insulated do they sweat (allow water to condense)?

7. Are you purchasing a property and want to help avoid costly repairs after closing?

8. Have you tried to clean up the mold and it keeps coming back?

9. Do all of your bathrooms have ventilation fans? Do they all vent outside completely through the roof?

10. Are concerned about mold and you just want to be certain?
