Application Process

Here's what you can expect after you complete the online Franchise Inquiry Form :

1. You will receive a call from the Franchise Development Department within 12-24 hours from receiving your request.
2. A Request for Consideration package will be sent to your home.
3. Complete the Confidential Request for Consideration Form.
4. After we receive your Request for Consideration, we will call you again to schedule a second phone interview.
5. Pending discussions, we will invite you to our corporate headquarters, for a Day of Discovery.
6. Attend a Day of Discovery at our headquarters in Lynnwood, WA.
7. Conduct Due Diligence.
8. After being approved as a franchisee, we will execute your License Agreements for you.
