Environix’s Product Technology
Environix coatings are water-based, low VOC systems, utilizing active ingredients for the protection of surfaces against the affects of moisture and humidity, a combination known to promote mold and mildew growth. When the coating is applied, it carries microscopic,, engineered silver and coating polymer resins to the surface of materials such as wood and concrete. Frequently Asked Questions
When I sell the home do I need to transfer the warranty to my client?
No. The warranty is assigned to the address. The warranty is automatically transferable to the new owner without notification to Environix.
Is it harmful to pets?
No. Environix coatings use additives that are approved by the EPA, FDA and NSF for use in multiple applications.
When is it applied?
For crawlspaces, it should be applied immediately following subfloor installation. For exterior walls, framing, and roof sheeting, it should be applied prior to window installation.
