• Moisture meter testing around plumbing, toilets, showers, etc.
• Humidity testing
• Drainage assessment
• Visual inspection of the entire home including attic and crawlspace
• Air quality analysis, testing specifically for mold spores
• Carpet sampling, testing for pet dander, dust mites and mold spores
• Determination of the source of mold growth
• Protocol for remediating a mold problem if one is found.

Most inspectors merely observe the mold growth. We take the extra step and find the source of the problem.
