FIRCREST INSPECTION REPORT:
REASON FOR INSPECTION:
- Client recently had a water intrusion event due to an improperly routed downspout. His tenant has since been complaining about a musty smell so the client requested an inspection to determine what is causing the odor.
CAUSE STATEMENT:
- Wet carpeting remains in the office / bedroom area which is producing the majority of the musty odor.
- Laminate flooring also retains significant amounts of moisture which may also be contributing to the musty odor.
