What we’ll need…

• Your schedule availability – we can normally get an inspector out within a few days
• Size of the house
• Age of the house (within a decade if you have it)
• If you’re going to need any air sampling, keep in mind, we’ll need to have the windows & portable devices off 24hrs prior to the inspection
